Billy Bell - Principal
Billy has been in real estate since 2016. Investing in residential real estate including flipping homes, rentals & Airbnb’s. He developed a process using modern tools to find and manage investment properties in different states across the country with an extremely lean team & minimal overhead. In interest to scale his portfolio to greater heights, he turned to investing in Commercial Real Estate in 2022. Outside of work he loves to travel, and do action sports such as surfing, riding motorcycles, and sailing.
Stone Cyrus - Junior Partner
Stone has been working on commercial real estate since 2021. Studied Civil Engineering, but was quickly turned on to all the benefits that Commercial Real Estate can provide for setting up a prosperous life for himself and his future family. Stone primarily has experience setting up and running off-market deal acquisition processes and underwriting. Outside of work, he enjoys body building and spending time outdoors.
